1. Information we collect

We collect the following information:

• Information you provide — such as your name, email, country, profile and creator details, campaign details, and the content and links you submit.
• Payment and payout details — processed by our payment providers to fund campaigns and pay creators. We do not store full card or bank numbers.
• Information from accounts you connect — with your consent, we access account and media metadata and analytics, such as reach and engagement. If you separately grant publishing access, we can publish content you approve to a supported connected account. We never receive the password for that account.
• Information collected automatically — such as usage, device, and basic technical data needed to operate and secure the Platform.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its tools.
• Process campaign funding, creator earnings, and payouts.
• Match creators with relevant campaigns and provide insights and recommendations.
• Keep the marketplace safe — including verifying identities, and preventing fraud and abuse.
• Communicate with you about your account, activity, and important updates.
• Meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

3. Your consent and legal basis

We process personal information to provide the service you request, to meet legal obligations, for our legitimate interest in operating a safe platform, and — for connecting your accounts and similar optional features — based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Platform:

• With third-party service providers who process payments, provide hosting and storage, and support security, analytics and operations on our behalf and under our instructions.
• When you use AI features, third-party AI services may process relevant content, creator preferences and connected-account performance information to provide personalized results.
• When you approve publication, we send your selected text, media and publishing settings to the connected platform. We store uploaded media privately before transferring it for approved publishing.
• With other users, only as necessary for the marketplace — for example, a campaign owner sees the submissions and profile details relevant to their campaign.
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of users, the public, or the Platform.
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.

5. Accounts you connect

Connecting an account is optional. We store encrypted access tokens for the permissions you grant. Read-only connections remain available without publishing consent. Publishing requires a separate permission and your approval of the selected account, caption and media. You can disconnect at any time from settings; this stops future access and deletes the stored token for that account. Disconnecting does not remove posts already published on the connected platform.

GROWIT uses YouTube API Services to access your channel details, video information and available performance counts for connected-account views and AI features you request. With separate publishing permission and your final approval, it uploads videos and manages their visibility and schedules. You can disconnect in GROWIT or revoke access through your Google account permissions. Before disconnecting, choose whether to cancel GROWIT-managed schedules or let them continue on YouTube.

6. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. We keep certain records for longer where required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Data imported from YouTube is refreshed or deleted within 30 days. Disconnecting removes that account's imported data and stored access credentials while preserving your own drafts. To request deletion of stored YouTube data, contact 1medotube@gmail.com; these requests are handled within seven days. Disconnecting or deleting GROWIT data does not delete videos on YouTube.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can manage much of your information in your account settings, or contact us to exercise these rights. We will respond in line with applicable law.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption of sensitive data and restricted access. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

9. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where it is, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

10. Children

The Platform is not intended for anyone who is not legally permitted to use it under the laws that apply in their country. Where applicable law requires consent or supervision from a parent or legal guardian, the Platform should be used only with that consent or supervision. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in a way that is not permitted by applicable law, we will delete it or take other appropriate steps.

11. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
