Terms of Use
The terms that govern your use of GROWIT, our creator tools, and our content marketplace.
Last updated: July 19, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GROWIT (the "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), including our tools for creators and our marketplace for content campaigns. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You may create an account and use the Platform only if doing so is permitted under the laws that apply to you in your country. Where applicable law requires consent or supervision from a parent or legal guardian, you may use the Platform only with that consent or supervision. Paid features — including campaign funding, submitting to paid campaigns, and payout setup — additionally require legal capacity and successful completion of the applicable verification and eligibility requirements of our payment providers. Those requirements vary by country and account type. Paid features may remain unavailable until all applicable legal and provider requirements are satisfied.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you allow a minor to use the Platform, you are responsible for that minor's activity and for ensuring their use complies with these Terms.
2. Your account and roles
A single account lets you use the Platform as a creator and, once you complete the required application and verification, as a campaign owner who funds and runs content campaigns. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Creator tools
The Platform provides tools to help you plan, create, and improve your content. These tools are provided to assist you; we do not guarantee any particular result, level of performance, growth, or income.
4. The content marketplace
Campaign owners create campaigns with a fixed reward per approved deliverable and fund them in advance. Creators submit deliverables, and the campaign owner reviews each submission against the campaign brief. When a submission is approved, the fixed reward is credited to the creator. Creators keep 100% of their reward; the platform fee is charged to the campaign owner in addition to the reward.
Rewards are based on approval against the campaign brief, not on views, engagement, sales, or other performance.
5. Payments, funding, and fees
Campaign funding and creator payouts are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their availability in your country. A platform fee applies to funded campaigns as disclosed at the time of funding. Where the Platform is required to collect taxes, applicable taxes (such as VAT) are calculated automatically and added at checkout based on your country and billing details; any taxes the Platform does not collect remain your responsibility.
For content campaigns, the creator provides the content service directly to the campaign owner; the Platform is not the seller of that service. The Platform acts as the creators' limited agent for the purpose of collecting campaign payments and administering payouts. A campaign owner's payment to the Platform for an approved deliverable satisfies that owner's payment obligation to the creator for that deliverable. The Platform is the seller only of its own products and services — such as its subscription plans and the platform fee. This section does not apply to any goods or digital products the Platform may itself offer for sale, which would be governed by their own separate terms.
Where a payment service is not yet available in your country, related paid features — including submitting to paid campaigns — are not available and may show as coming soon. Any earnings already recorded in your account remain safely recorded and become withdrawable once a supported payout method is available.
Refunds, credits, payment disputes, chargebacks, payout failures, and payout holds are handled according to the Platform's marketplace rules, the applicable campaign terms, and the requirements of our payment providers. We may delay or hold payments where necessary to manage fraud, payment disputes, legal obligations, or platform risk.
6. Review, revisions, earnings, and disputes
Each submission is reviewed by the campaign owner against the campaign brief within the campaign's review window (by default, 5 calendar days from submission, as shown in the campaign terms). If the owner does not complete the review in time, the submission is escalated to the Platform's resolution queue, where the Platform reviews and resolves it. Submissions are never approved or paid automatically.
Campaigns include at least one revision round unless the campaign terms state otherwise: instead of rejecting, the owner may request specific changes and the creator may resubmit. If a submission is rejected, the rejection must state a reason, which is visible to the creator.
If a submission is rejected, the creator may open a dispute within 7 calendar days of the rejection, stating the reason and providing any supporting evidence. Disputes are reviewed and resolved by the Platform based on the campaign brief, the campaign terms in effect when the work was submitted, the submission history, and the evidence provided by both sides. While a dispute is open, related payments and payouts may be paused. Decisions made through this process are final on the Platform.
An approved submission creates an earning in your wallet. Earnings become withdrawable after a short clearing period following approval, and may be temporarily held beyond that — for example, while a payment on the funding source is under dispute, or while a review or risk check is in progress. Your wallet shows the current state of each earning.
For posted-content deliverables, the approved public post must remain public and reachable for at least 7 calendar days after approval. If it is removed or made unreachable during that window, the campaign owner may use the Platform's dispute and payout-hold paths. File-delivery deliverables are verified for reviewer access, correctness, and downloadability at approval rather than public liveness.
7. Content ownership and usage rights
Creators retain ownership of the content they create. By submitting a deliverable, the creator grants the campaign owner the usage rights described in that campaign's terms, effective upon approval and payment. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and for ensuring you have all necessary rights to it.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
- Submit content that is not yours, misleading, harmful, or that you do not have the rights to use.
- Use bots, purchased traffic, fake accounts, engagement farms, or any other artificial means to inflate views, likes, comments, followers, or similar metrics — whether or not those metrics affect payment on a given campaign. Organic, honest reach is required.
- Engage in fraud or otherwise manipulate the Platform or campaign results.
- Move a deal off the Platform to avoid fees, or solicit other users for payments outside the Platform.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
9. Fair engagement, bots, and permanent bans
GROWIT is built for fair, professional marketplace participation. Artificially inflated views or engagement undermine trust for creators, campaign owners, and the Platform. Do not use bots or any artificial means to generate views or engagement.
If we determine that an account used bots or other artificial methods to inflate views or engagement, we may permanently ban that account and related accounts from the Platform, with no right to return. We may also take further steps we reasonably consider necessary to protect users and the Platform, including cooperating with payment providers, preserving evidence, and pursuing civil or other legal remedies where appropriate.
Campaign owners who reasonably suspect that a creator used bots or artificial engagement on a deliverable submitted through the Platform should report it to 1medotube@gmail.com (and, when available, through in-product reporting tools). Include the campaign, creator, deliverable URL, and why the engagement appears artificial. We will review reports in good faith. A report alone does not automatically ban an account; confirmed abuse may result in a permanent ban and the other actions described above. Permanent bans for documented engagement fraud do not cancel amounts already properly earned under these Terms unless a separate chargeback, dispute, or fraud-recovery process applies.
10. Third-party services and connected accounts
You may choose to connect third-party accounts or use third-party services through the Platform. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or permanently terminate access if you violate these Terms — including the fair-engagement rules in Section 9 — or where necessary to protect users, the Platform, or comply with the law. A permanent ban for botting or artificial engagement means you may not create a new account to evade the ban. Obligations that by their nature should survive — including payment, content rights already granted, and liability provisions — will continue after termination.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising from the Platform will not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
15. Changes to the Platform and these Terms
We may update the Platform and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the Platform will be subject to the competent courts of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
